We process quotes/estimates, invoices and receipts through Intuit Quickbooks. Once we have you in our system, making timely and easy payments is just a click of a button!
Options for recurring payments and one time payments are available through Quickbooks processing. You will get an email or text to notify you when you have an invoice pending.
Late Fee Policy: Once your invoice due date has passed a 10% (of total balance) late fee will be automatically added to your invoice.
Each day thereafter that payment is late will incur a 1.5% of the invoice amount each day. Another invoice or an amendment to the original invoice will be issued once payment is received to reflect the additional charges.
